Carol Campbell 
Carol Campbell, owner of NIET, brings true passion, vitality, and belief in the power of creating lasting impressions by facilitating inspiring training programs and workshops that maximize participant engagement in and beyond the training environment. Carol has extensive experience in the training and development field with a particular interest in Customer Relationship Management.
Carol believes that when an organization's people are present and truly enjoying the moment, managing external customer and client relationships, the environment created is one of energy, vitality and commitment.
Carol has had formal training in the coaching and mentoring process as well as Genos Emotional Intelligence and has considerable experience in one on one coaching and coaching teams for increased effectiveness.
Carols training, enhanced by workplace coaching ensures transfer of learning back into the workplace and provides maximum ROI for the training investment. Some of our clients include, Sensis/Telstra, Mt Eliza Business School, Australian Retail Association, Mornington Peninsula Shire, Australian Visual Solutions and Nepean Waste, Berkowitz Furniture, NAB as well as many other local and city based organisations.
It is Carol's innovative and energetic approach that enables her to quickly build rapport at all levels and create an optimal learning environment. Carol's corporate career has included over ten years in the Recruitment industry, and a General Management role in a large family exporting business where she was responsible for managing the relationships of all external stakeholders, both within Australia and overseas.
Carol is a Member of National Speakers Association is qualified in Workplace Training and Assessment, Business Administration and Hospitality Cert III, Genos Emotional Intelligence Instrument, Frontline Management and is a licensed FISH™ Facilitator.
Louise Buckley
Louise Buckley hails from McCrae; but that hasn't stopped her working as far a field as Melbourne CBD and Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula. After many years in customer service in the Hospitality/Retail and Business Sector, Louise is now one of the lead facilitators with NIET.
With formal training in Certificate IV training and Assessment, Frontline Management and Hospitality, Louise has the credentials to provide exemplary training.
Louise specialises in creating training program environments that engage and motivate and has written programs specifically for those wanting to regain entry into the workforce. Her passion for wanting others to achieve their potential is her drive to ensure all participants gain new skills through her workshops.
Now facilitating other trainers in Certificate IV Training and Assessment Louise is able to pass on the qualities and attributes required for future trainers.
Leah Westhorp - Training and Development Manager
Leah brings to NIET extensive experience in the learning and Development arena. With over 10 years working in Registered Training Organisations, Leah understands the complexities of compliance and the need to provide exemplary customer service. Leah is always willing to assist with any queries and provide you with information on all our training programs - and she is always smiling! 
Mandy Thomson - Aged Care Trainer
Mandy is a qualified Division 2 Nurse and Aged Care professional. With excellent communication and motivation skills, Mandy will engage and inspire you. Her in-depth knowledge and experience in the Health care industry holds her in good steed to run our Aged Care programs in both Mornington and Frankston. Mandy is a qualified trainer and assessor with her Certificate IV in training and Assessment with RN Div 2 with full Endorsements.
Julie Darcy - Aged Care Trainer
Julie holds her Division 1 in Nursing since 1986. Having worked in many local hospitals and held the role of Director of Nursing for 6 years she has a wealth of experience and stories to share in her classes. Julie creates an environment in her training room of support and encouragement, with attention to detail and a passion for the industry. Julie is a qualified trainer and assessor with her Certificate IV in training and Assessment.
Kara Parata - Children's Services Trainer
Kara joined NIET training in 2010 and is delivering our Certificate III in Children's Services. With over 10 years experience and a love of the industry, Kara's down to earth manner makes her classes engaging and informative. Holding her diploma in Children's Services and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Kara will guide and support you over the 14 weeks to achieve your goals of working in Child Care.
Siobhan Roche - Hospitality Trainer
Since joining NIET in 2009 - Siobhan runs our Food Handlers, Responsible Service of Alcohol and other hospitality programs. Originally from Ireland, Siobhan's hotel experience extends over 20 years, holds her Cert. IV in Training and Assessment and with her friendly demeanour and sense of humour Siobhan's classes are enlightening and fun!
