Carol Campbell - Founder After identifying the need on the Mornington Peninsula for a training organisation who would make learning a welcoming experience, provide exemplary customer service across the board and give participants the confidence and self-belief to succeed, Carol Campbell was inspired to start Nepean Industry Edge Training in 2009. Carol and the NIET Team believe in creating a training experience and are committed to supporting the culture of the business, which is to Inspire, Engage and Motivate. A broad range of experience in training and development for corporates and family businesses means she knows what it takes to thrive in the workplace. Coupled with qualifications in Workplace Training and Assessment, Business Administration, Hospitality Cert III, Genos Emotional Intelligence Instrument, Frontline Management and as a licensed FISH™ Facilitator, Carol brings a world of expertise to the learning environment. She has enjoyed working with clients including Sensis/Telstra, Mt Eliza Business School, Australian Retail Association, Mornington Peninsula Shire, Australian Visual Solutions , Nepean Waste, Berkowitz Furniture, NAB as well as many other local and city based organisations. Mandy Thomson - Aged Care Trainer Mandy is a qualified Division 2 Nurse and Aged Care professional. With excellent communication and motivation skills, Mandy will engage and inspire you. Her in-depth knowledge and experience in the Health care industry holds her in good steed to run our Aged Care programs in both Mornington and Frankston. Mandy is a qualified trainer and assessor with her Certificate IV in training and Assessment with RN Div 2 with full Endorsements. |
